Privacy and enquiries

KWIKAR LLC-FZ uses the details you share to respond to travel enquiries and arrange requested services. Tour checkout sends your booking details to KWIKAR and securely redirects you to Stripe for card authorisation. We do not collect or store your card number on this website.

Information you share

We store your name, email, phone, selected tour and option, travel date, guest counts, quoted total, booking status and supplier reference where applicable. We use these to manage your request and contact you about confirmation or alternatives. Visa documents should be shared only after our team confirms the appropriate process.

Other services

Stripe processes card details and payment authorisations under its own privacy terms. WhatsApp and your email provider handle messages under their terms. A tour supplier may receive booking details to arrange an experience.
