Kwikar LLC-FZ provides travel enquiries and booking assistance for attractions, holidays, transfers and visas. Information and prices on this website may change with supplier availability, dates and guest details.

Quotes and orders

Only a written confirmation from KWIKAR confirms a reservation. Sending an enquiry or authorising a card through checkout does not reserve a service. Before any payment, KWIKAR shows the final AED amount for your approval. The applicable supplier conditions are shown on the tour page or sent with your quote.

Booking and payment

KWIKAR manually confirms an eligible tour with the supplier. After confirmation we capture the authorised amount and send your voucher reference. If unavailable, we release the card hold. Holds expire and may need to be placed again. Other services are quoted and paid under the terms shared with the customer before payment.

Changes and cancellations

Supplier rules for each service govern changes, cancellation charges and refunds. Read the specific tour conditions and our refund and cancellation policy. Visa issuance is determined by the issuing authority; processing times and approval are not guaranteed.
