Overview
Burj Khalifa rises 828 metres over Downtown Dubai. From the At the Top decks you look straight down on The Dubai Fountain, out over the coast to Palm Jumeirah, and inland across the desert edge on a clear day. It is the natural first stop on any list of things to do in Dubai.
You choose the height. Silver takes you to levels 124 and 125, with floor-to-ceiling glass and an outdoor terrace that closes in bad weather. Gold adds level 148, a quieter lounge-style deck at about 555 metres with a host, Arabic coffee and sweets. Platinum goes to the lounge on levels 152–154, the highest point visitors can reach, with a seated, hosted experience.
The ticket you book fixes your entry time. Prime Time slots fall around sunset and cost more because they sell out first. Non-Prime slots are cheaper and usually less crowded.

- Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station, then the air-conditioned link bridge into The Dubai Mall. Allow 10–15 minutes' walk to the At the Top entrance.
- Taxi or private car
- Ask for The Dubai Mall, Grand Parking or Fashion Parking, then follow signs to At the Top on the lower ground level. Or book a private hotel transfer and skip the taxi queue on the way back.
- Check-in
- Go to the At the Top entrance on the LG level of The Dubai Mall, near the Dubai Aquarium side. Arrive 20–30 minutes before your time slot. Each guest needs their own QR code and a valid photo ID.
- Bags and banned items
- Large bags, strollers, laptops, lighters, e-cigarettes, aerosols, food, drinks and sharp items are not allowed on the decks. Shoes with wheels are not allowed, and service animals cannot enter. Use the luggage room at the entrance.

Which Burj Khalifa ticket should I choose?
For most first-time visitors, Silver (levels 124 and 125) gives the classic view at the lowest price. Choose Prime Time for sunset, Gold for a quieter hosted deck on level 148, or Platinum for the highest lounge on levels 152–154.
How much is a Burj Khalifa ticket?
On KWIKAR, At the Top tickets start from AED 189 per person for Silver (levels 124–125) at a Non-Prime time. Prime Time, Gold (level 148) and Platinum (levels 152–154) cost more; current prices for every option are in the table above. Children aged 0–3 enter free.
What is the difference between Prime and Non-Prime tickets?
Prime Time tickets are for the busiest slots, mainly the hours around sunset, and cost more. Non-Prime covers the rest of the day. The view and levels are the same; only the entry time and price differ. Our team confirms the exact slot times for your date.
What is the dress code?
There is no formal dress code, but modest, comfortable clothing is expected, as across The Dubai Mall. Covering shoulders and knees is a safe choice. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a light layer for the outdoor terrace, which can be windy.
What are the conditions for children?
Children aged 0–3 enter free but still need a ticket at check-in. Children must stay with an adult at all times. Strollers are not allowed on the decks and must be left in the luggage room.
How long does the visit take?
Allow 1.5 to 2 hours in total. That includes check-in, the exhibition walk, the lift and around 40 minutes on the decks. Fast Track tickets can cut this to about 1 hour.
How do I find the check-in desk?
The At the Top entrance is on the lower ground (LG) level of The Dubai Mall. From the metro link bridge or any car park, follow the signs for At the Top / Burj Khalifa. Arrive 20–30 minutes before your slot.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the mobile ticket on your phone with a valid photo ID. Each guest needs their own QR code, so keep all tickets ready if you booked for a group.
What documents are required for entry?
Bring a valid photo ID such as a passport, Emirates ID or driving licence. A digital copy is usually accepted.
What should I do if I am late?
Contact us right away on +971 50 559 9243 or WhatsApp. Entry depends on your time slot, and late arrivals may be refused or moved to the next available slot at the venue's discretion. Tickets are usually non-refundable once the slot has passed.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the observation decks. You can eat before or after your visit in The Dubai Mall, or choose a Burj Club Rooftop option.
Can I cancel or change my Burj Khalifa ticket?

What is the best time to visit Burj Khalifa?
About 30 minutes before sunset gives daylight, golden hour and city lights in one visit, but it is the busiest and dearest slot. Early morning and late evening are quieter and cheaper. Winter (November to March) usually has the clearest air.
How do I get to Burj Khalifa by metro?
Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station, then follow the air-conditioned link bridge into The Dubai Mall. The walk to the At the Top entrance takes about 10–15 minutes.
Is Burj Khalifa At the Top wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entrance, lifts and observation decks are wheelchair accessible, and staff can help visitors with extra needs. Strollers are not allowed on the decks, so plan to leave them in the luggage room.
