The dress code is casual. Hats and scarves may not be worn during the flight.
How long is the flight?
The duration depends on the route selected — from 12 to 40 minutes. You need to arrive at the helipad 45 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing.
What documents do I need for the flight?
Each passenger must present an original passport or Emirates ID (copies and photos are not accepted), as well as a printed or electronic ticket.
What can I take on board?
Only a phone, camera and sunglasses. Bags, hats and scarves must be left in the storage area.
What happens in adverse weather?
Flights may operate in reduced visibility. If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
Are there any weight restrictions?
Yes. On shared flights, the weight limit is 110 kg per passenger; passengers over this limit must purchase an additional seat, with an absolute maximum of 140 kg. On private flights, the total limit on board is 400 kg. Seatbelt extenders are not permitted.
Can pregnant women take the flight?
Yes, up to the 32nd week of pregnancy. We recommend getting your doctor's approval beforehand.
What are the rules for children?
Children under 2 are not permitted to fly. From the age of 2, a child requires their own seat and pays the full adult fare. Children aged 2 to 12 inclusive must be accompanied on the flight by an adult over 18.
