What should I wear?

The dress code is casual; hats and scarves may not be worn during the flight.

Where is the helipad located?

Flights depart from the helipad on Palm Jumeirah, next to Atlantis The Palm.

How early should I arrive before departure?

Check-in opens 45 minutes before departure — please arrive in good time to complete the safety briefing. Late arrivals may be denied boarding without a refund.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, both printed and electronic tickets are accepted.

Can I bring food and drinks?

No, food and drinks are not allowed on board.

What can I take on board?

You may bring only your smartphone, camera and sunglasses — bags, hats and scarves must be left in the storage area before the flight.

What happens in bad weather?

Flights may operate in reduced visibility. If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be offered a new date or a refund.

Yes, up to the 32nd week of pregnancy; we recommend getting your doctor's approval beforehand.

Are there any weight restrictions?

Yes: on shared flights, the limit is 110 kg per passenger, and passengers over this limit must purchase an additional seat. On private flights, the total limit is 450 kg; seatbelt extenders are not permitted.

What are the rules for children?

Children under 2 are not permitted to fly. From the age of 2, a child requires their own seat and pays the full adult fare; children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

What types of tickets are available?

Flights are priced by duration. Available options are 12, 15, 17 and 25 minute flights. The longer flights will include more sights.

Can tickets be refunded or changed?

Tickets are fully refundable 7 days or more prior to the flight, and 50% refundable 4 days or more prior to the flight. No Refunds can be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the booked flight. Flights can be rescheduled up to 24 hours free of charge.

Do I need any special preparations before my flight?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses are advisable for daytime flights. Otherwise, just bring your excitement and camera to capture the views!

Are there Age restrictions?

Children 2 years old or younger are not allowed to fly.

Can people of determination fly?

Yes! As long as passenger can sit in the seat in a regular seated position, then they are welcome to fly.

Is Photography allowed?

Guests are welcome to take photos once the flight has begun, but photos are not allowed prior to boarding the aircraft.
